The GDI Tooling System is the industry standard
by which all other electrical power and RF connector support systems are judged. The environmentally
sealed fiberglass case houses hot vacuum formed ABS one-piece inserts which are practically indestructible
and resistant to all aircraft fluids and weathering. The tool cavities are uniform and consistent
with each tool identified in the cavity. GDI uses only the highest quality crimp tools available.
Additionally, we use sturdy metal insert/removal tools whenever possible, eliminating much of the
easily broken plastic tools. All insert/removal tools are packed in their own container and are
identified on the insert, vial and tool. Our mutual handle concept permits use of insert/removal
tips whenever possible thus realizing weight, space and cost savings.
The Graphic Datakits Tooling System is a portable system which strives for 100%
connector tooling coverage. Our customized systems support commercial, military, general aviation,
and rotary aircraft fleet mixes. Our electrical connector tooling systems provide labor and time
savings for both scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance.
